Family Alliance in Music

FAM was started by music industry veterans Margaret Hart, Jackie Jones & Haley Montgomery
uncovering a passion to increase education for and awareness of parents in our industry
(over many cups of coffee and plates of biscuits in Nashville, Tennessee).

Our hope is that by encouraging companies to provide adequate benefits, educating the music industry on available resources and providing a space for open and honest conversation that we can help to even the playing field for everyone.
